Looks more like a place name than a girl's name.

How is it pronounced? It looks pretty, and I'd say it sye-ren-AY-ick-ah, but I'm not sure if that's right. What does it mean?

It's pronounced se-re-NAI-kah, and is one of the old names for Libya.
