Too surname-ish for my tastes; it also reminds me of a music/book store chain in the Pacific Northwest US.

Its a place in Minnesota, so for me it just screams a place where old people converge to buy their retirement homes. Not to mention it sounds entirely masculine to me.

I kind of like it. It makes me think of the Battle of Hastings. It makes a much better place name than Brooklyn or Paris. And it's very unisex.
