What do you think of Neriah for a girl? I know it's originally masculine but it is way too feminine sounding to give it to a boy, in my opinion.

Do you pr. it to rhyme with Mariah? Does it sound trendy/made up to you? Too close to Nevaeh?

I LOVE the name Neriah and agree that it's much better for a girl than a boy. I do pronounce it to rhyme with Mariah. I don't think it sounds trendy/made-up at all. Doesn't sound like Nevaeh to me at all.

I think it's beautiful, and I don't mind it on a girl. It's an unusual enough biblical name that most people wouldn't realize you're gender-bending anyway.

I like it! I would never use it on a boy but I could use it on a girl. It sounds a little trendy, but it's not that bad and it's much better than both Nevaeh and Mariah.
