Xanthia looks lovely written down but I confess when I see Xanthia and Xanthe, the first thing I think of is the prescription drug, Xanax.

I love the similar Xenia, though.

I think it's a little better than Xanthe but I just do not like girls names starting with an X.

I like Anthea so I also like Xanthia, but in practice I'd use Anthea and leave Xanthia to fiction.
