It's OK, but it means "I'm working" in Croatian. I pronounce it RAH-dim.

i like it actually! I think it would be nice as a fn or mn. Btw, how would you pronounce it? I say rahd-EEM, with emphasis on the 2nd syllable, i think it sounds great that way.
