-Frankly, I think Charlene is a little cheap. I also think it's quite dated; I've never met a young Charlene.
-I honestly couldn't say. Charlotte is more of a classic, Charlene is a bit more modern, say 50's or 60's. I think it will take a while for that class of names to come back.
