Probably Kaylee because I think that's the most common.
What is your preferred spelling of KAY-lee (list up to three different spellings if you want to, in order).
None of them look attractive to me, but if I had to pick, I'd spell it Cailey.

Kalen; Kaylynn, I guess. It looks terrible, but it is Kay + Lynn so that makes the most sense.
HALEY - HAY-lee or HAL-lee?
HAY-lee. In English phonetics one consonant like that would cause the vowel before it to have a long sound. HAL-lee would be spelled with two Ls.
KALEY - KAY-lee or KAL-lee?
KAY-lee, same situation as above.
KATLYN, KATLYNN - KATE-lyn or KAT-lyn?
KAT-lyn, again, same situation as above.
How do you pronounce CATELINE?
I've never seen it before... I guess I'd say it like Caitlin.
ETA: I just looked it up and after seeing what it is, I'd pronounce it kat-a-LEEN.

No, Caitlin is pronounced that way in English. Caitlín shouldn't be pronounced the same as Caitlin though.

I think KAY-lee and KAY-lyn are trashy, trendy, made-up and ugly sounding. HAY-lee isn't terrible, but it's trendy. I like KATE-lyn, but only spelled Caitlin. I don't like it spelled with a K.
How many people do you know with the names I listed above? How do you see them spelled most often?
HAY-lee: I know one girl about 12 who spells it Haley, I think.
KAY-lee: I don't think I know any.
KAY-lyn: I don't know any girls, but I know one boy my age who spells it Kalen.
KATE-lyn: I've known tons in my lifetime around my age. Most are spelled Kaitlyn, Caitlin, or Katelyn. I also know a Katelynd my age. I know a girl about 6 years old named Katelyn.
