I don't care for it. The God at the beginning throws me off, plus I think it sounds like 'gotta leave'. I think Dell or Della would be a cute nn, plus Eve or Evie.

It's been on my PNL for quite awhile. It says how it's pronounced here (kho-də-LEE-və) although I say it more like god-ə-LEE-və. I think it's too much for a real name, but it's very medieval-y and I love it. I've never come up with a good combo for it. I guess a nn could be Godi or Lieve. Maybe Liv.

I love this name! It's so old world classy. I prn it GAH-deh-leev. It's only problem is that it lacks a solid nn. Goddy sounds too much like GOtti, and Leevy I guess could work but it doesn't sound quite right.
