I knew a very smelly, mean (and female!) guinea pig named Tucker. That nasty creature is unfortunately what I think of first.
Otherwise, I think of the old (mid-90s) television show Flash Forward. One of the main characters was named Tucker; he had a brother named Horace. I loved that show when I was a kid, so that's a good association.
Thus, I'm torn on Tucker, but the fact that he could never play the Name Game (Tucker, Tucker, bo Bucker, banana fana fo...) pushes me over the edge towards a no.
In theory, I really like Tuck, as in Tuck Everlasting. However, I think Tucker and Tuck both would work better as middle names.
