I think it's time to bring it back. I think Elsa is prettier than Elsie. I always picture a Jersey milk cow when I hear Elsie - no offence to your grandmother!
I don't really like Noah for a girl but I like Catherine Elsa.
Elsa and Estella do sound a little too matchy for me but that's just my opinion :)

Yeah I also prefer Elsa ;) I'm happy my grandma gets called Elsie, though. I don't want two people with the exact same name in my family, I think it would be confusing.
