There are few names that I like with the stress falling on a long "o" sound. Leona isn't one of them and I'm sorry to say neither is Theona. Theona Isolde is especially "o" heavy as a combination. Theona sounds made up. Can you give some background on the name? There's a Greek origin to it, obviously. But does the name itself have history to it?I love the name Thea in its own right.
