It seems a bit too overused, theme-wise. There's nothing wrong with either name, but Selena seems a little less obnoxious in conveying the "moon" meaning.
Rohan really seems masculine to me, and I wouldn't want to use a Tolkein-ish sort of name. I don't get feminine vibes from it at all.
Stephania sounds like a nine year old's imaginary country.
