If I heard it, I'd think of a plant, specifically a little flowering bush called Halleria Lucida which a cheeky botanist nicknamed Hilarious Lucy (for its cheerful habit of producing flowers for most of the year I suppose) and for a while it caught on. I certainly wouldn't think of it as human!
