Sienna and Cooper were a bit annoyed to have their birthday party interrupted by an impromptu visit to the hospital. However, Sienna was pleased to find that she is now a big sister to Elena. Cooper isn't happy, insisting that a male sibling would have been best, and frowns at that sight of his sister. Still, after a few weeks he warmed up to her, and now acts more motherly to her than Sienna, for whom the novelty has worn off.
