[Opinions] Inna
Replies
Pronounced as ee-na, it's not too bad, but pronounced in-a it's just asking for trouble. Inna Carr. Inna Peace. Inna Gadda da Vida.:)
Callie is quite sweet as a nn for Caroline, Marjolaine is pretty, I love Meredith on boys and girls and Matilda is classy and medieval.
Not keen on Mia or Mae, prefer Millie as a nn, and I'm never sure about Mary. (Today I don't mind it.)

I met an Inna once. She was from Russia.
It's on my long list. It shouldn't be, since it's rather slight and feels more like a nn than a formal name. But I have a thing for feminine "i" names and Inna just charmed me.
Callie -- OK, but only as a nn.
Margolaine -- Pretty sound, but I need more information. Obviously it's a variant of Margaret. But is it made up, or does it have history?
Meredith -- I shouldn't like it because I dislike most surnames as fns. But I have a soft spot for this one because the sound is so smooth and unexpectedly feminine sounding.
Mia -- Sweet and zippy. Love it.
Mary -- Sweet, nostalgic, regal, saintly, historic, literary. So many great associations in one name. It's time for a comeback.
Millie -- Sweet, but only as a nn.
Mae -- Lovely and nostalgic.
Matilda -- Great history, and reminds me of waltzing. Fun!
If you're asking what I think of these names as a sibling set, then I can't give the thumbs up -- too same-y.
