I've always loved it pronounced Tay-o. But here (Canada) you'd always have to be correcting people's pronunciation.

In English it comes off as pretentious. I'd just spell it Teo.

I like the sound of Theo "TAY-o." But it's not very practical here in the U.S. at least. You'd have to spell it Teo, which is fine. But I like the look of Theo better.

I know of a boy named Teodor "Teo". I think I'd go with that spelling in an English-speaking country because Theo "THEE-o" is a well-known name.

I really like it too. Very exotic! Might be a bit annoying to have to specify "it's TAY-oh" over "THEE-oh" every time, but, oh well. I find the French Théo very handsome as well. Ooh-la-la.
