I'm not a fan of B names but I think it's pretty nice. Bryony looks a little trendy but I could see it being a pretty cute name, not that I'd use it myself.
I think I would end up pronouncing it BREE-o-nee, it sounds more normal/common than with the long 'i' sound.
I don't know anybody named Bryony/Briony but it reminds me of Briony Tallis from the book (and movie) Atonement.
