Rome is in my top 5 girl names!! I adore it! My fave combo is Rome Anastasia but I also love Rome Bailey, Rome Winter, Rome Alexis, Rome Aurora, Rome Lily, Rome Autumn, Rome Echo, Rome Eliza and Rome Savannah.
I don't particularly like double FNs because I have one and it's annoying to have to explain that (seemingly simple) concept all the time. But you can consider some of the afore-mentioned combos as double names and I'll also suggest Anna Rome, Ashlie Rome, Cleo Rome, Emma Rome, Kara Rome, Lily Rome (though most people might assume you're saying "Lily Rose"), Maia Rome, Rylie Rome, and Sarah Rome.
Anyway I hope I've helped and I would honestly love to meet a little girl with Rome somewhere in her name. =)
