I think Celia is bratty, but I suppose Celia and Viola do go.

remind me againhow you are pronouncing Viola? Vye-ola or Vee-ola? I think that depending on the pronunciation, the names Viola and Celia can either be too matchy or very complimetary. Viola "vee-ola" and Celia are almost rhymy, which is not nessesarily bad, but does make the set look storybookish and more cutesy. Viola "vye-ola" and Celia strike me as two very dark, beautiful and slightly devious names, like strange sisters up to some occultish hijinks in an old Edwardian manor. Which in other words is awesome.About Celia in particular: I like it. It's not my favourite Cec- variation (which I think might be Cecily but I don't really know) but it is rather darling. Going back to those odd Edwardian sisters, Celia makes me think of the blonde, more soft-hearted and shy of the two; definitely a "fair" name in my eyes while Viola is "dark". Celia is very homey, loving, and cozy-casual, while Viola is strong, critically intelligent, and haughtily elegant.

Celia is pretty. I think they make perfect names for sisters.

I'm not a huge Viola fan, but I do love Celia. I don't think they're too close at all.

I much prefer Cecilia. At a quick glance, it looks like Cello and Viola.
