Aw, fantastic to have a living great-grandmother. I love George, it's such a friendly name.
All the names you've chosen are nice - it's very hard to choose a sibset, but maybe George, William and Matilda, or George, Rupert and Jemima. George goes nicely with all of your names as a combo, but George Charles, George Henry and George Lawrence would be my top choices.
