The biggest difference is that Georgina replaced Eleanor. But Eleanor would be #11, so it's not a huge change.

Theodore replaced Ciaran for the moment. Oisin and Seamus were top contenders too. I've really been liking them lately.

Wow, such a classic list! I love Anne, Elizabeth, Effie (as a nickname for something...maybe for Elizabeth) and Virginia (this was my favorite name for so long and I still like it a lot).
I like Eleanor better than Georgina but Georgina isn't bad even though I prefer Georgiana. I know I'd love Margaret but the name has bad personal associations. I wish I would meet a nice, awesome girl named Margaret to push that image aside.
I also like William, Patrick (just because I know that awesome guy named Patrick, though) and Theodore. Ciaran is nice as well.
