it's nifty
At first I thought this name was very clumsy-looking, like a nonsense boy-girl name like Jefferina. But a facebook friend of mine is friends with a Josepha, and just seeing the name on a real person has been enough to change my mind about it.
I want to say it "jo-ZEF-ah", sort of like that. I don't know if that's legit, but it's what my mouth wants to do.
Josepha Bryony
Josepha Marigold
both strike me as very lovely and whimsical.

My ggrandma was named Jozefa. (YO-zhe-fa) In English, she went variously by Josepha or Josephine. She named her daughter Josephine. My grandpa was named after her as well, Joseph. I find Josepha a bit too masculine for my taste. I far prefer Josephine. I've never heard jo-SEE-fa.
From your list I like
Josepha Harriet
Josepha Margaret

Well...
...actually, my opinion is the complete opposite of yours. Since the only Josepha I ever knew was a catty, conniving, bitter co-worker from a couple of years back, I *can't* think of the name as lovely OR dignified. Sorry.

I didn't like it at first but it's been growing on me a lot over time.

I like it a lot more than Josephine (ew). It sounds a little masculine so I think it needs a girly middle name. From your list I like: Josepha Adeline, Josepha Clementine, Josepha Constance, Josepha Eleanor, Josepha Eleonore (I love this one), Josepha Gwendolen, Josepha Lillian, Josepha Margaret and Josepha Pearl.
I adore Josepha. And I pronounce it the same way you do. Josepha is sophisticated and oh, so soft and earthy. It's not often that I put sophistication and earthiness in the same sentence to describe one name. But Josepha is like that -- unique. It's really an underappreciated gem.
I know a woman who named her dd Hadassah Josephine. The mn was for the father's mn, Joseph. I didn't say it, but secretly I wish that she had saved it as Josepha for a 2nd dd. Hadassah and Josepha (Haddie and Seffie) as sisters makes me smile a mile.
Your list is as gorgeous as ever. I'm going to pick the top three -- the ones I think really complement Josepha, in this order:
Josepha Muriel
Josepha Bryony
Josepha Helen
I wanted to pick Josepha Marion for the flow and general sound of it. But the virgin Mary and husband Joseph kept coming to mind. That's not a bad association. But it's distracting me from the overall feeling I'm after.
ETA: I just re-read your original post. I pronounce Josepha as "jo-SEH-fuh" not "jo-SEE-fuh." Sorry for any confusion.

Yes yes yes, adore.
I give Josepha my highest support and I use the pronunciation you have specificed although it's not universal.
