[Opinions] WDYTO Ileigh?
I have a 7 1/2 month old cousin named Ileigh Olive Rehm (Rehm is the last name). Personally I kinda like it but what do you think?

LLOLLReally! Is it a double-L (which is what it looks like, and made lower-case to match the Welsh ff-), or a dyslexic version of ... of what? A truncated kind of Eileen, or a mispronounced Isla? No. Surely not. I refuse to believe that the human race has sunk so low. But, oh! The alternative! What's so bad about (a) keeping the Ll for names (like Lloyd) that actually need it or (b) spelling the name Leigh and avoiding a lifetime of fun and llaughter for everyone but its owner? Leigh Olive would be perfectly OK. An opportunity missed.

Like the sound, don't like the spelling.

You know.....I like it! Is it prn (lay) or (lee)?Either way I like it. Don't usually go for alternative spelling but this is cool!!

Well it's pronounced EYE-lee, but I agree its pretty good.

If I'm pronouncing it correctly, "EYE-lee," then I love the sound of it. I would spell it Eilidh though -- or even Eily (as a nn for Eileen).

I like Eily! I think the sound of Ileigh Olive is really cute, but Ileigh is quite ugly and confusing to me, and though I tend to like original spellings, Eilidh would also be confusing in my culture.

That's unfortunate. The original spelling, Eilidh, would have been a million times better, imo.

Agreed. I really don't like modern -eigh ending creations. Eilidh is nice, though.

I like the name but not the spelling.

My friend Sadie's daughter is named Ily Jo Maryjane, also pronounced Eye-lee. No offense but I think it's pretty flimsy as a full name. It's one of those names that's trying to be unique by changing one thing about a popular name (Riley, Kylee, etc.)

While I agree with you that if it's trying to out-cool the Rileys and Kylees it's not impressive, I just have to say that is one awesome combo. Ily Jo Maryjane. Wow. None of those names are my style at all, but the flow is so spunky I can't help but like it! It has a real hipster, village vibe. I would have just about died if it was Tilly Jo Maryjane. Oh man.

My friend has a daughter by this name, but they spell it Ily. They named her that because it was their special abbreviation for "I love you."

Aww that's so cute

I assume it's prn AI-lee? It's very cute.

Well Al-lee would be cute, but its actually prn like Eye-lee.

That's what I meant by AI-lee. It's a nice name.
