Help[Opinions] Wdyt of Emanuel?
I love the meaning of the name and it would honour my father (Manuel).
I only like it as a middle name. Wdyt of Oscar Emanuel?
I know most people on here dislike Oscar, but what do you think of the combo as a whole?

I find Emmanuel (I prefer the double M) extremely elegant.

I LOVE both names, so I think the combo is gorgeous! Funnily enough, DH and I have been discussing Emmanuel for a mn ourselves, as we love the meaning too.

Emmanuel (this spelling) is one of my favorite names for a boy but Emanuel is just as nice. It's very underrated in my opinion. It's a good, strong name and I also like the fact that it's a international name that works in many countries. Too bad you don't like it as a first name...
Oscar Emanuel is great! I like Oscar and paired with Emanuel it's a very handsome combo. Thumbs up!

I love Emanuel and would use it if I didn't also have a Gabriel in the sibset.
And while I'm one of those who don't like Oscar, Oscar Emanuel works well together and has great flow.
ETA: I've remembered why this sounds good together, there was an Italian king Victor Emanuel (in Croatian, I guess he's be Vittorio Emanuele in Italian).
