Eoin moved out about two years ago after graduating from college as valedictorian. He is in grad school now, working toward a PhD in literature. He is also an aspiring author and still plays his violin in the university orchestra. He sits second chair and was slightly surprised to not make first chair. He and the first chair violinist, a pretty and intelligent history student named Linnea Bennett, became very close friends. A few weeks later they started seeing each other and fell in love. Eoin proposed to her last month and she accepted. Madeleine and Gabriel are thrilled and have eagerly welcomed Linnea into the family.

Calista is graduating very soon with her B.S. in Physics. She has been in Air Force ROTC and is considering applying for astronaut candidacy.

Laleh is a sophomore in college studying Dance and Musical Theater in New York. She hopes to join the Ballet or perform on Broadway after she finishes up school. She loves art and fashion and is very elegant.

Elizabeth, who goes by Beth, is a junior in high school. She is in the marching band. She plays flute, sax, and drums. Outside of school, she loves to read just like the rest of the family, and has a part time job at the public library. She wants to become a librarian. She also loves to cook.

Heath and Vittoria are still small for their age, but are doing rather well. Heath plays baseball and Vittoria swims. They aren't stars this year, but they have fun. The twins are quite close and take voice lessons and sing in a local children's choir together.

Madeleine has taken on more responsibilities at work lately, leading to a bit of raise. The extra money is going to help Eoin and Linnea with their wedding. Gabriel has been working outside the home again for the past few years and is doing well.
