I like them both. Freja is quite popular here in Sweden and I think it will get even more popular in the US.
In Sweden I prefer the Freja spelling (I think?) but in a englih speaking country I would go with Freya.
Kaja, Freja and Ronja is a little too much. They are all pretty close to each other and Kaja seems out of place if you ask me (Freja and Ronja are popular names here, I have never heard of someone named Kaja here tthough).
