Hello dear Alice! It's been some time since we last talked, but now we have a son! I am so proud! Anyway, we must name the poor dear.
Hmm. *in deep thought* My favourite of the lot is Edward, but I fear that with Alice and Edward we'd have too much of a Twilight theme. Therefore, my first pick for first name from those names above goes to Edmund.
Others I like/think go well with Alice (from our list)
Christopher
Theodore
Arthur
Dominic
Thomas
Lucas (prefer Lucan)
Others to consider:
Edgar
Edwin - now that I think of this, I love it. (Edwin and Alice is ++cute!)
Eustace - but perhaps Alice and Eustace are to similar.
Francis - same as above.
Wilfred - I really like this, esp with the nn Wilf, but I completely understand if you disagree.
Family names for honouring purposes or general conisderation:
James - I really like the name James, esp. as a middle name.
Raymond
Robert
Edward - see above
Alan
Herbert (A GP, litte Herb is very sweet)
Neil
Jonathan
Taking all of this into consideration, I've realised that I'm in love with Ed- names. Let me know how you feel about the above, then we'll start combo-ing!

Now we need to decide if we want to move or get a new job. And say how Alice is now she has a baby brother.
So do we want to move darling? Maybe somewhere sunny if we do please (with no snow!)

Gods no snow! How about we move to my hometown (dun dun dun, revelation), Perth, in Australia? I had been planning to move back before I met you my dear wife, and when we went back on holidays, we decided we liked it so much we'd like to live there. (Or did we? This is after all, a joint decision.
Little Lissy, I think, is dealing well with her new brother, though I'm not certain she hasn't realised he's not just another doll yet.
Our family thus far:
The Bakers
DH: Alexander James (30)
DW: Alice Nicole (Taylor) (29)
DD: Alice Johanna (3)
DS: Edmund James (nb)

I'm happy for us to move to Perth, my family have been very supportive and have been assured they are welcome to visit. Lissy wanted to put Edmund in her dolls pram the other day, apparently he's more realistic than her babies!
As for jobs, i'm taking a little time out from work to stay with the lissy and Edmund, but plan to work again when Lissy starts school, only part time though.
Done
Great. And there are fantastic opportunities for carpenters in Perth at the moment, I've joined a pergola construction company and am making good money. Oh, and it's about time we started to consider where we're going to send the kids for school? Public or private? I was personally at private schools and I think I had a very good education, so I'd like to do the same for our kids if you don't mind. Opinions?

Well I was public school educated and received a fantastic education, but I have friends which went to the same school and were basically overlooked. I would never want that to happen to our kids so I definately think we should enrol the in private school
