I highly prefer Grayson. Graydon to me feels like Hayden, Aiden, etc.

I'm actually surprised more people havent started using this given the recent fascination with -ayden names. I've even heard Tayden and Zayden, but not Graydon yet. However, Grayson is a guilty pleasure of mine.

Funny story...when I have having my son, I didn't tell a single person what I was going to name him, so when he came out everyone in the room was like 'what's his name??' I said Braden. The doctor thought I said Graydon though and went into a whole story about how his son just had a baby and they named him Grady, but that he's never heard Graydon before. I tried to tell him BRADEN, but he wasn't listening after all that. lol

Yes it's very trendy-sounding, I'd expect in a kid, not on a 60-yo. Names ending in -on, with a few exceptions, are not my cup of tea. But yay for a First Nation politician.

I like Gray a bit. I don't feel anyone needs to "spice it up" though.

Very modern! The only one I know would be about 20 by now. What I dislike about it is that it sounds like a verb; same as Brayden.

Wow, I wouldn't have expected to see it on an older person. It seems very trendy and modern to me. Personally I really dislike the name. I dislike all the Hayden, Graydon, Aiden, Kayden, Jayden names.

The name Graydon did appear on the charts in 1905. Why its not on there today is beyond me.
