I pronounce it lew-EH-lin (so I guess that could sound like lew-ELLEN)
I could be wrong but I think that in Welsh names of three syllables, the second syllable is always stressed, for example
Angharad
is ang-HAHR-ad and
Ceridwen
is ke-RID-wen :)
