Dated, but more a middle-aged woman's name than an old woman's name.
I like it a little bit, probably because I once knew an attractive girl named Rhonda. OK, well, actually she was someone my husband found attractive. But that didn't ruin the name for me. She still was nice-looking, and had a pleasant personality....
