[Opinions] Two Favorite French Names
What is your favorite male French name and favorite female French name? Just one per gender, s'il vous plait.
If you give a combo, please let the middle name also be French.

Amelie for a girl and Remy for a boy.
Pascal and Emmanuelle.
Etienne & Elodie
I don't have an all-french combo for Etienne but for Elodie it's Elodie Delphine.

For sure my fave boy name is Etienne, I've loved it ever since I learned about my great grandpa's brother Etienne, but I never found the perfect middle name for him. Nothing seems right. He needs something bold and cultured. Any suggestions?
As for a girl name, I'd like to say Séraphine since it's a family name, but lately I've really gone off it. It sounds spoiled and whiny to me lately. Sorry great great grandma Sophie Séraphine!
I like Marianne. It's not exactly screamingly French, but it is French nevertheless. It seems very kind, sensible and yet courageous. It's the kind of name that would fit it most anywhere. I've also not found the perfect middle name for it, never mind a French one. Maybe Marianne Lucie? Marianne has a very Lucy-from-Narnia feel to me: curious, clever, polite and brave.

I'm of French heritage (way back though) and it's pretty much impossible to just pick one for each gender...
But maybe Alice and Benjamin...But since those sounds very english too, I'm going to say my more french sounding favorites as well: Celine and Augustin. Sorry for that =P

I'll just do my favorites that aren't commonly used in English (otherwise my favorites would be like... Anne and Louis. Not as fun.)
I guess I'll go with:
Augustin and Eugenie
I don't have an Augustin combo (Augustin Ignace would be cool, though), but my Eugenie combo is Eugenie Clemence... ahh, I forgot how much I loved it!
But runners-up were Fiacre, Ignace, Olivier, and Yves, and Colombe, Juliette, and Marguerite. Oh, I love the combo Claire Marguerite, which is all French I suppose. I didn't count Claire before because it's common in English.
