I used to like Martina, now I don't. It's a pretty common name here in Sweden though, I kow plenty of Martina's.
My cousin's have a half sister named Martina too. I really prefer Alba over Martina even if Alba isn't a favorite.

I dislike Martina. I just don't find it an attractive name.

Alba is a new-found love for me. I'm waiting to see if it's just a passing romance or if it's the real deal. But it certainly feels like it will remain a favorite for some time. By the way, I've always assumed it is pronounced with an "ah" sound at the beginning, "AHL-buh." Is that how you say it? I don't think I'd care for it if it were pronounced, "AL-buh."
