Both are brief and sturdy, certainly, but I can't bring myself to think of either one as pretty.
I was surprised to realize, a few months ago, that a youngish (about 30) coworker of mine is named Ida.
Of the two, I would pick Ada. The long A rather than the long I makes it a little softer and a little more attractive.
