Evening Christabel was my fave. I think Evening would be a pretty name. the nn Eve makes it really nice and much more possible. Evening is lovely- it really does summon up a lovely dusky purple colour and a feeling of calmness.

I don't know it sounds a little sinister. I would keep eye on that kid... j/k. I can't say I love it. Eve is very cute and pretty; I would just stick with Eve. I once heard the name Ever I seem to like that better; it has a 'dreamy' quality while as Evening has a "dark" feel to it.

I like it! Eve is a cute nickname for it also. I think I would use Evening Susan or Evening Arabella.

A little hippie-ish, but it's pretty. Eve/Evie is a cute NN.

I really like Evening (nn Eve/Evie). It's one of my guilty pleasures as well.

I actually really like Evening as an out-there way to get to Eve. I think I'd probably just use Eve, but Evening does conjure up some lovely imagery.
