[Opinions] Dexter
Alright...I don't know what happened but all of a sudden I am loving the name Dexter. Although in the back of my mind there is a feeling of nerd and pointdexter wanting to come out but on the other hand I am feeling like this is a totally COOL name.Diana Krawl named one of her sons Dexter maybe that is where my cool factor has suddenly arisen form. What are your thoughts. Do you think this name is going to revive? Would you use it without hesitation.

To me it's a breed of cattle. So, no.

I like it. But you should be aware that Dexter is the main character in a series about a serial killer. Doesn't mean you shouldn't pick it, but it is something to know before deciding.

Dexter is a very cool name. I think it has a little bit of a nerdy feel but that just adds character to the name. I have developed a love for it as well.

In Dexter's laboratory lives the smartest boy you've ever seen! But Didi blows his experiments to smithereens!Haha, sorry. 90s moment!Anyway, I like Dexter. I think it's a slightly nerdy name, but I like nerds and don't think that's a bad thing. There's also a fairly popular show centered around a character named Dexter, called, I believe. Dexter.I would not use it because it isn't really my style, and I know my siblings would make Dexter's Lab references all the time, made worse by the fact that I'm a scientist. All in all, I would say it is definitely usable.

I've never seen it as a nerdy name. I think it's cool! There is other names I like more and therefore I wouldn't use it. A friend of a friend is named Dexter though. I think he is born 1993.
