Where I live, at least,
Tamara
and its variants are seem to be pretty common on African-American girls, while
Rhys
is more of a Hollywood-trendy "LOOK AT MY WELSH HERITAGE" sort of name.
So, in my opinion, they don't make a very good sibset.
