I've seen it a lot and I have no idea how to say it.

There was a Lilias in class and she pronounced it Lil-ee-uhss. I'm sure this is the usual way too. Just like saying Lilian but substituting s for n.

in my accent it sounds like Lily + Us. I prefer Lilia, Lily-uh

lil-EE-us. I'm an American but I have heard it prounouced that way in a British movie as well.

I say LIHL-ee-as, although I think it's usually LEE-lee-as (not sure)
