Help[Opinions] Her First Name Is Zz?

I can't believe it! Who in their wildest dreams would name a little girl Zz. That's almost, if not just, as bad as naming her Stinko or Bodily Function! What were her parents thinking!?!? That better be a placeholder. If it's pronounced Zee Zee, then why didn't they name her Zeezee? That would be better than Zz!
