Amelia and
Matthew have had their first child! Just a year after little
Lena's birth,
Amelia and
Matthew have welcomed a daughter of their own.
Amelia wanted to name her after her mother, but after
Matthias and
Mariana used
Magdalena and
Elizabeth she thought it would be too much. So they decided on
Susannah, a name that meaans the same thing as
Liliana.
Charlotte,
Caroline, and
Juliet are all named she and
Matthew both like, while
Cecilia is after
Matthew's mother
Celia.
Susannah looks very much like her mother, with a little influence from her father as well. Everyoen adores her, and
Lena seems to be very happy to have a cousin to play with! Soon after her birth,
Benjamin and
Petra both married their fiances in a beautiful double wedding. But in the midst of all this happiness, there is unpleasantness as well. A small group of people who are offended a commoner is marrying into the royal family, have begun smearing
Aida's name. They have started a vicious rumor that during her time as a spy, she once used dubious means to get information: namely, her body. This is completely untrue, but it caused a huge scandal. The royal family had a hard time disproving the accusatons; finally they were able to prove that
Aida wasn't even in that part of the kingdom when the accusers said she was, and that those accusers had paid off the man who claimed he was her informant. They were made to issue a public retraction and apology to the future princess
Aida.
