Lila - LIE-la (but can understand LEE-la if the person was Hispanic or Italian)

Laelia - LAY-lee-a
I've never heard Leila as anything but LAY-la, and am sure that most people in the US who see it would pronounce it that way.
I don't know anyone with any of these names, but I've seen Lila and Lyla popping up here and there on people's lists.
