I adore Anastasia. In fact, dh and I briefly toyed with the idea while PG with Anna. I definitely don't find it too frou-frou or too ethnic, however, I was concerned that no one would use my favorite pronunciation (ah-nah-STAH-see-ah) so we went with dh's favorite, Anna because it seemed much simpler. And it was until Anna's Kindergarten teacher chose to call her AH-na for an entire year and it has stuck for good. Go figure ...
