So Jasper is gaining popularity. Do you think it's because of Twilight? How popular do you think it'll get?

I think it was on the rise before Twilight, but I'm sure there have been many influenced by the movies/books. Then again, I bet a lot of people have been turned off of it because of Twilight.

I'm not sure it's because of Twilight-- it's been slowly on the rise for a while now; it fits into that "old guy chic" category like Oliver, Oscar and Felix. I don't think it will ever be gigantically popular, but Twilight may propel it out of the realm of hipsterish names (I don't think Oscar will ever make the leap) into the semi-mainstream. Watch it be #1 next year-- I'm lousy at making predictions! For the record, I have always loved Jasper!

Yes I do think it's because of Twilight. Hopefully it won't get too popular, but I don't know.
