[Opinions] Winthrop
WDYT?
It isn't something I'd ever use, but I think it would work on a real child. I'm loving (hypothetical) Xavier Winthrop.

Winthrop is an awesome Surname and I agree would make a good mn. I am just curious about what nn. would come out of it. I dont like Winnie on a boy or Win. Winter might be a good nn. Throp sounds like throb. A good name but usable would be tricky

Maybe Wit?It's what immediately sprang to my mind. It's not too farfetched I think.

Pretentious imho. Would be okay if everyone could call him Win or Wint.

Winthrop Rockefeller is the first thing that comes to mind. Not a bad association (unless you're a Southern Democrat lol) but an association all the same (he was pretty bad-ass for the state). I like Winthrop Xavier (pronounced with the X in this case). Tidbit of info: Winthrop had four brothers named Nelson, David, Laurance, and John. Winthrop and Laurence make an awesome sibset, imo ;o)

Huh, I've overlooked Winthrop. It does have a pleasantly jovial quality. Xavier Winthrop is nice, but I might pair it with something equally fun-loving. Like Barnaby Winthrop, Winthrop Quincey, or Winthrop Augustus. Oh yes, Winthrop Augustus is wonderful!

I adore Winthrop ! ...and would totally use it. I'm not sure what I would pair with it. Maybe something super English.

excellentso wonderfully cocky. I love the thrup part. It's like a surprise throat punch.I personally think Winthrop Xavier has better flow, but then I do say Xavier like "eks-AYV-yur" no "ZAYV-yur".
