When I first saw the topic post, I was like "how in the heck do you say that?" When I read the pronunciation, my reaction was "OH MY GOSH!" I think it's gorgeous! Would I ever use it? No. But I find it highly attractive!
Middle names should probably a filler from wherever or the same nationality as Vjenceslava.
