My favorite boy's name! But, I prefer the spelling Dmitri.

Actually I really like this name! Spelled Demetri/Dimitri/Dmitri, I think my favorite spelling is Dimitri.

I love it! I much prefer it spelling Dmitri though, not sure why. I think my first exposure to the name was in figure skating, which I love to watch.

I don't know where these comments about sounding weak are coming from. I see this built Russian gymnast sticking it to the pommelhorse! Not sure I would ever use the name, but it'd be neat to see it around.

I think it's a pretty cool name. I've met two and one was super wimpy, and the other was super outgoing.
It's not a name I'd really want to use for my own kid, but it's fun to see people with the name.

It's not one of my faves but it is ok. I know a Dimitris (he's Greek) and I prefer this form of the name.

I used to dislike it because I thought it was harsh sounding and very, very russian. I still think it's very russian, but I like it quite a lot now. :)
