Just a year after the first birth, the couple is welcoming their second (or third) arrival, a daughter! With all that has been going on, the couple is very busy and hasn't had time to accomplish much beyond surviving day-to-day.

It has been a year since April was born, and now the family is introduced with the newest member of their family: little Clair Jayden. Mary even quits her job so that she can raise her two daughters on her own, instead of sending them away to a costly babysitter every day. Jesse loves April and Clair, but is rather disappointed that he does not have a son yet. To help ease him of his pain, Mary offered to give Clair a masculine name, which is why Clair Jayden is named what she is. Mary is a bit worried about another baby, since April was a total fail, but hopes that she will learn from her past mistakes.
