I like Emily Alice, Euan Francis, Ewan Albert Nicholas, and Emanuel. Eann is interesting. How is it pronounced?

I've never seen Eann either, but if they're pronouncing it using Croatian phonetics it would be 'EH-ahn'.

Huh, kind of neat. Sounds like Aeon, though, which makes me think of Final Fantasy X! :)
