I went to school with a Cosima (though she usually went by Coco, which isn't nearly as nice). It's pretty without being prissy, I quite like it.

I have never met anyone name Cosima. I like it but I wouldn't use it myself. I picture a "Cosima" to be involved in theatre. I like the combo Cosima Odette.
