Florence still loves school and is the typical 'big-sister'. She's always offering advice to her younger siblings, whether it's good advice is a different matter entirely but she does try!
Talon is in Cadets and absolutely loving it. He's already talking about wanting to join the army when he grows up, which freaks Delilah out.
Astrid maintains her happy-go-lucky nature and her love of cute animals. She has the tendency to baby Rosa, which drives the solemn five-year-old bonkers.
Rosa is an intelligent young girl, she's already reading grade three level books but has yet to let go of 'binkie', her blanket. She takes him to school everyday and the other kids tease her about it but she ignores them.
Roland and Delilah adopted a baby girl from a young mother three years ago. Sidonia has always been a tomboy, from the time she could complain about clothes she did so about the skirts and dresses she was sometimes put in. She made friends with the neighbour's son who's only a year older than her, they dig up worms - which she shows Astrid who screams and runs away - and make sandcastles before filling them with water. The poor boy will do anything Sidonia asks of him and both sets of parents find the pair adorable.
They also adopted a baby boy, only a year ago. Jerramy is big for his age and Delilah has to discipline him often because he doesn't always play nice with his siblings. He is a sweet boy, he's just a little rough sometimes.
Roland and Delilah have had another biological child. This pregnancy was very hard on Delilah and Schuyler was born a month before he was due. Fortunately, once the nurses cleared his airway the cry he released - Roland swore - was louder than all of their children combined. Delilah was a little worried at first but Schuyler has had next to none of the problems that premature babies sometimes have, which all of the Rogers are thankful for.
