[Opinions] Naphtali/Naphtahalia
I love the name Naphtali (m), and I discovered in the comments that someone posted that their name was Naphtahalia (f). What do you think of Naphtali and Naphtahalia? Particularly Naphtali, because, well, I like it more. First name? Middle name? Is it fit only for the trash heap out back?
At the moment, I'm thinking of naming one of next year's farm babies (cow or goat) Naphtahalia, Naphti. It sounds very wild and strong. Maybe I don't want that in an animal... Dunno. *shrug*
Naphtali I definitely like on a person.
Thoughts?

It makes me think of Naphthalin (German spelling of naphthalene), a toxic / carcinogen substance, so I would never use it.
However, not everyone majors in chemistry, so associations aside: I like the sound of both Naphtali and Naphtahalia. I prefer Naphtali though because Naphtahalia is a bit confusing and might seem pretentious.

Same for me (it's spelled naftalin here) and it's a common word not something only a chemist would know.
But, I like it for a pet.
